At Narain Opticians, we take pride in offering high-quality eyewear customized to your vision and comfort. Because eyewear is a personalized product, certain limitations apply to returns and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Policy
- Once lenses are fitted into the frame, the product cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- Returns are only accepted if:
- The frame is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@narainopticians.com with your order details and product images.
Exchange Policy
- If a change or replacement is required after lenses are fitted, the exact same frame may not be available.
- You may select an alternative frame matching the size and fitting requirements of your existing lenses.
- Any difference in price between the new and previous frame will be adjusted accordingly.
Inspection at the Time of Purchase
Customers are advised to inspect the product carefully at the time of purchase or before accepting delivery. Please check for:
- Frame color, design, and fitting
- Lens power and coating as per your prescription
- Any visible damage or manufacturing defect
Once accepted, Narain Opticians will not be responsible for damage caused by mishandling, improper use, or third-party alterations.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized prescription lenses
- Contact lenses that have been opened or used
- Discounted or promotional items
- Accessories such as cleaning cloths and cases (if used)
Refunds
Approved refunds (in case of defective or incorrect items) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.
